Counselling
What do I offer in my sessions?
Counselling – or therapy – can help you if you’re finding things difficult in your life. I can support you in better understand what isn’t working well in your life, or what doesn’t feel right, and support you to decide what or how you want to change things.
I provide a genuine, calm and accepting space, offering adaptations if you need them, so you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings and worries.
I work one-to-one with adults and young people (usually from 11 years), and I specialise in working with neurodivergence and mixed culture life, including burnout, relationship challenges, identity, or explorations around gender or sexuality. For more information, please check out the About Me page.
What does it involve?
I offer a free half-hour intro call if you would like one, where we can find out more about each other – or you are welcome to email me any questions. You can decide:
- how often you want to have sessions
- length of sessions – 30, 50 or 90 minutes per session
I also offer single session therapy, or a pre-set block of sessions, which can be useful to work through a clear or specific issue.

Support of neurodivergent young people
As part of sessions with parents, carers or educators, where appropriate, I can also provide guidance or coaching around how to support young neurodivergent people at home or in the school environment.
For example, many parents come to me because they are out of ideas, they need guidance or advice, or they’re not sure why ‘traditional’ (aka neurotypical) parenting strategies aren’t working.
How much does it cost? (Please note: fees are all in Swedish krona – SEK)
Session fees are listed below. I also offer limited concessionary/discount rates.
- 800 SEK for a 30-minute session
- 1,300 SEK for a 50-minute session
- 2,000 SEK for a 90-minute session
Please note – for one-off single session work, I recommend a 1.5 hour session.
