Counselling
What do I offer in my sessions?
Therapy is a place to stop, take a breath, and become curious about what’s going on in your life. If things feel difficult, confusing, overwhelming or just ‘not right’, we can work together to understand what’s going on – and, more importantly, what you want to do about it.
I’m warm, inquisitive and deeply accepting. I offer a calm, genuine space where you can be yourself without having to fit a mould. I adapt the way we work to suit you, including making practical adjustments if you need them.
I work one-to-one with adults and young people, usually from around 11 years old. I specialise in neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD, autism and giftedness), mixed-culture life and the things that often come with this – including burnout, relationships, identity, belonging, and exploring gender or sexuality.
You don’t need to arrive with everything worked out or with a plan about what to talk about. We can start wherever you are.

What does it involve?
I offer a free half-hour intro call if you would like one, where we can find out more about each other – or you are welcome to email me any questions. You can decide:
- if you’d like fortnightly or weekly sessions
- how you’d like to work – video, audio, SMS or email
- length of sessions – usually 50 or 90 minutes
I offer shorter 30-minute sessions for young people, if appropriate.

Support of neurodivergent young people
As part of sessions with parents, carers or educators, where appropriate, I can also provide guidance or coaching around how to support young neurodivergent people at home or in the school environment.
For example, many parents come to me because they are out of ideas, they need guidance or advice, or they’re not sure why ‘traditional’ (aka neurotypical) parenting strategies aren’t working.
How much does it cost? (Please note: fees are all in Swedish krona – SEK)
Session fees are listed below.
- 800 SEK for a 30-minute session (young people only)
- 1,300 SEK for a 50-minute session
- 2,000 SEK for a 90-minute session
